Refund and Return Eligibility
- Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error caused by our process, we will issue a refund or replacement free of charge.
- You must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
- Incorrect Orders
- If you receive an item that does not match your order (e.g., incorrect size, design, or color), we will replace the item or issue a refund.
- Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us with proof of the error within 7 days of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Since products are custom-made, returns or refunds are not available for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Return and Refund Process

- Email our support team at yaketyyak@gmail.com with the subject “Refund Request – Order # [Order Number].”
- Include a description of the issue and attach supporting photos (if applicable).
- Resolution Timeframe
- Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Replacements
- If a replacement is approved, we will initiate the reprinting and shipping process immediately. Shipping times will vary based on your location.
Important Notes
- Color Variations: Slight variations in color or placement may occur due to the nature of print-on-demand products and are not considered defects.
- Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order.
